This project was a complex design of two homes on one property, including unique architectural design features to allow for both homes to utilise natural light.

The two properties are differentiated through roof design, colours and finish, this allowed them to look incredible next to each other on the property but be unique in their own ways.

The Residential Engineering team undertook the Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Design, Stormwater Design and Construction Inspections of Pier, Slab and Structural Steel for this project. We were chosen for this project based on our experience and eye for detail.

It was fantastic to work with Simone Homes on this custom project, working closely with the build to make sure we all achieve the right outcome for the homeowner.
